Kakadu National Park:
The largest park in Australia is renowned for its eco-systems and is home of the Aborigines who have been living in this region for at least 50,000 years. There are over 5,000 historical sites of incredible Aboriginal rock art, though only a few are open to the public.

Uluru-Kata Tjuta Cultural Center:
Located at the base of Ayers Rock the center introduces the history and cultural importance of the Uluru-Kata Tjuta National Park. Here you will learn the lore's of the Aboriginal people. The center incorporates Maruka Arts & Crafts and wood crafting.

Fogg Dam Conservation Reserve:
Built in the 1950's the dam was originally built for nearby rice growing plantations. Since then it has become a wildlife sanctuary. You can view the wildlife from a platform along the dam or walk the trails to observe the many varieties of vegetation.

Crocodylus Park:
Scientists and researchers take you on a journey to learn about the evolution of crocodiles, crocodilian biology and their links to dinosaurs. Hear stories of a crocodiles role in human culture and the attacks on people. Other wildlife include, iguanas, sea turtles, ostriches, & more.

Museum & Art Gallery of the Northern Territory:
The museum features a permanent Cyclone Tracy exhibit along with collections on natural sciences, physical sciences, human sciences and fine arts. The art gallery displays a range of work from Aboriginal, Southeast Asian and Oceanic cultures as well as visual art and crafts.

Northern Territory Activities

Litchfield Tour:
Enjoy the spectacular scenery of Wangi Falls, Aorence Falls and Tolmer Falls. Pass old wartime airstrips. In the township of Batchelor, view "Karlstein Castle" built by an expatriate Czech and visit the Jungle Mine. View termite mounds, Aorence Falls, Tolmer Falls, and more.

Bathurst Island:
Journey through the progressive Nguiu Community, and see the Mission and Tiwi style Catholic Church. The artists are at work in the Art and Craft Center and visit the Tiwi ladies work on their weaving and painting while enjoying Billy Tea and Damper and a show of their totem dances.

Alice Springs Ballooning:
You will arrive at the balloon launch site 1½ before dawn where you may participate with the inflation. Feel the stillness of early morning hot air ballooning, a great way to see the Australian outback. After the flight enjoy breakfast in the outback bush.

Frontier Camel Tours:
In the cool, clear morning you will enjoy a peaceful Camel Ride amongst the big red sand dunes and watch the Sunrise on Uluru. Or take an evening camel tour off the beaten track to watch the sunset on Uluru Sit back. After the tour sit back and enjoy drinks and snacks.

Darwin Botanic Gardens:
At your leisure, walk along several interlinked paths and enjoy the different varieties of habitats, plant collections and floral displays, landscapes: escarpment, rainforest, woodland, wetland, coastal plain and mangroves. Visit the information center and learn more about the gardens.
