If employed by Pleasant Holidays, LLC, I understand that my employment is "at will" and can be terminated at any time by Pleasant Holidays or by me, with or without cause and with or without notice, regardless of the method of payment of wages, and may only be changed by the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer in writing.
