Pleasant Holidays, LLC is a leading travel company serving Hawaii, Mexico and the Carribbean and is headquartered in Westlake Village, California. We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge serving Pleasant Holidays' guests in Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii.
Pleasant Holidays' Concierge are responsible for providing outstanding service and assistance to guests with amenities, dining reservations, golf tee times, rental cars, and the sales/reservations of tours and activities on all Islands at Pleasant Holidays Tour and Activities Centers located at various hotels. This individual must be personable with good verbal communication skills and the ability to resolve guests' issues.
Travel industry, sales and/or tours and activities experience is a plus, basic computer skills are required.
