Pleasant Holidays, LLC is a leading travel company serving Hawaii, Mexico, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, and Mainland USA and is headquartered in Westlake Village, CA. We have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge serving Pleasant Holidays' guests in Honolulu, Hawaii.
Pleasant Holidays Concierge are responsible for providing outstanding service and assistance to guests with amenities, dining reservations, golf tee times, rental cars, and the sales/reservations of tours and activities on all Islands at Pleasant Holidays Tour and Activities centers located at various hotels. The individual must be personable with good verbal communication skills and the ability to resolve guests' issues.
Travel industry, sales and/or tours and activities experience is a plus, being bilingual in English and Japanese is preferred, and basic computer skills are required.
