Canada is the second largest country in the world, after Russia. Canada’s capital city of Ottawa, Ontario sits along the lovely Ottawa River near Montreal. Nature’s multi-colored light show, known as the Northern Lights, can be viewed during the winter and early spring in northern Canada.

The French Canadian dialect called Québécois differs somewhat from its European cousin (or cousine). Some of the entertainment world’s most renowned Canadians include Ryan Gosling, Neil Young, William Shatner, Celine Dion, Kiefer Sullivan, Michael J. Fox, k.d. lang, and Jim Carrey.
