L.A. boasts more than 292 days of sunshine per year. With nearly perfect temperatures, especially along the coast, Los Angeles is the ideal locale for a holiday nearly any time of year. Winter usually sees more rain, if they’re lucky, but not enough to dampen your mood. Spring and fall offer fewer crowds than summer. L.A. is essentially a desert that blooms in the spring. The beaches come alive in the summer, when the days last long into night and everyone seems to be on vacation.
